Dalgona Coffee Cocktail

Dalgona coffee was trendy way before I tried it. But tried it I did and I love it. It combines my love of coffee (albeit instant) with a splash of something adult (but only if you enjoy a tipple).

I like to use less sugar (the original version calls for two TABLESPOONS of sugar) as I found the original version way too sweet. But there is an upside for those who have a super sweet tooth and want to add more sugar – the dalgona meringue is more stable and keeps its shape for longer. Experiment and see what you prefer.

If mocktails are more your thing, omit the rum or tipple of choice.
